Co-packing

In the opinion of our customers, Europegaz is one of the largest co-packers in the country. In 2008 we prepared over 10 million of various types of promotional materials for international leaders of particular industry branches. Particularly large promotions covered beauty, food and household products. Upon passing international audits, we provide services to the German, Czech, Slovakian and Spanish markets. We ensure that our customers receive the expected high quality services as well as advice within materials and complex IT tools thanks to which it is possible to monitor online the production process in progress.

For the last couple of years the company has been successfully realizing the Keiretsu strategy together with the leader of the beauty industry by managing the entire logistics process within the scope of co-packing. Further development and expansion of the customers database required the implementation of innovative solutions, hence the company invested in the modern machine park and special software. The range of services provided as well as the company’s competencies within the wide scope of co-packing services were extended due to the above. Modernising the warehouse area, among others, allowed the company to pass an audit and establish cooperation with a company, whose production is completed in a controlled temperature zone. Implementing the system of belt conveyors opened up a route to global packing projects in long product series for companies within the beauty sector and others.

Consolidation

Managing a logistics platform for shipment of garden furniture of an international leader in this sector from Poland to over 180 brand stores in Europe, USA and Canada. The platform covers the entire process from coordinating the production plans, stocking, planning, consolidation, optimisation of the loading space, registering all project parties; to preparing full shipment documentation on behalf of the parties, planning and ordering outgoing transport and customs clearance.

Dynamic order picking

Thanks to the last large investment, a uniquely innovative system was completed in March 2007 in Dąbrowa Górnicza offering the possibility of packing 30 thousand various lines of products within 24 hours. The highly electronic system of pneumatic feeders and lifts creates the possibility of nearly error-free order picking of up to 3000 boxes each day. The percentage of error can reach 0.5 permille at the maximum. This new service of Europegaz is dedicated to all companies which require timely preparation of a large quantity of packages especially in case of a wide range of products. 

Return management

Some of goods for various reasons be returned to the supplier. To meet the growing demands of customers in this area, we created a service guide domestic and foreign returns.

The scope of services related to returns:

•      receiving shipments in cartons on pallets and mix
  
•      identification of products based on EAN code and serial number contained in the Database of Products BDP
  
•      registration of products adopted
  
•      sort products according to the criterion of suitability
  
•      selecting products and full-fledged recovery of the elements
  
•      recording and reporting of the degree of recall
  
•      packaging of products according to customer order
  
•      nutritious transportation to the customer location

POS

Europegaz specialists are always available for our customers. Qualified staff can help when it comes to consultation on the selection of components for the POS production for the promotion at point of sale. We also have a number of subcontractors who have based our design proposals, and engaged in producing various kinds of displays and advertising stands.
