Requirements:

• cat. C + E driving licence
• experience as a driver
• certificate of qualifications
• clean criminal record

Job description:

• Telephone customer service
• Price evaluation of freight
• Providing information
• Accepting orders from Customers and their processing
• Registering orders in an IT system
• Accepting and controlling transport documentation
• Day-to-day cooperation with Customers, identifying their needs
• Current monitoring of order progress
• Cooperation with the Company’s branches and the headquarters

Requirements:

• Experienced in whole vehicle transport as well as the forwarding sector
• Knowledge of English
• Knowledge of another language appreciated (German or French)
• Great familiarity with the transport and logistics services market
• Practical knowledge within the scope of MS Office and forwarding software
• University degree appreciated
• Self-reliant and very well organized in terms of work
• Analytical and planning skills
• Ability to work under pressure, stress-resistant
• Available
